Rentals Advisor

Equipment World Rentals is seeking a customer service-focused individual to join our Growing TEAM.

Working in a dynamic team environment, the Rental Sales TEAM responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Assessing customer needs and making appropriate recommendations
- Managing client contracts through the SIRIUS software, outlook etc.
- Coordinating with warehouse and yard employees to fulfill check-ins/outs
- Learning different product lines to assist customers with rental and sales inquiries
- Troubleshooting and providing outstanding customer service

- knowledge of industrial equipment is preferred**
