As our Part-Time Key Holder, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail store. Your primary objective will be to exceed our customer's expectations by creating a top-notch shopping experience. You will assist the leadership team in various responsibilities such as visual merchandising, inventory management and more. Our keyholders need to be able to self-manage and work independently as they may be the sole employee in-store throughout various times of the day.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Sales and Guest Experience**:Demonstrate exceptional salesmanship and ensure every guest receives a memorable shopping experience. Strive to exceed sales targets and provide personalized service that reflects the Sole Quest brand.
- **Inventory Management**:Managing store inventory, ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper replenishment. Collaborate with the leadership to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- **Operational Excellence**:Uphold Sole Quest policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Communicate important information to management and staff, fostering a cohesive and informed work environment.
- **Employee Development**:Support the leadership team in recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating the store team. Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and encourage personal and professional growth.
- **Brand Ambassador**:Embody the Sole Quest brand and act as a role model for the team. Resolve customer service issues with tact and professionalism, showcasing Sole Quest’s commitment to exceptional service.

**'Mandatory' Experience and/or Skills**
- Confident speaker with customers
- Able to provide premium customer experience
- Experience with POS, handling debit/credit and cash transactions
- Sneaker Knowledge and/or Sneaker Selling Experience
- Independent worker, can self manage

- General Data Entry
- Word Processing
- Spreadsheets

**Compensation**:
The position’s wage is dependent on relevant skills and experience.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 18 per week

- 8 hour shift

- Weekends as needed
