## Job Overview

# Duties
- Assist project managers in organizing and coordinating project activities
- Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct research, compile data, and perform administrative tasks as needed
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items

# Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Strong clerical skills including proofreading and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
