Analyst, Real Estate
- The Opportunity
- Daily activities:
- Support branch financial objectives through effective credit underwriting while managing risk in alignment with CWB’s strategy.-
- Collaborate with relationship managers to offer comprehensive financial solutions, aiming to become clients’ primary financial partner.-
- Foster internal referrals and partnerships to enhance client service and maximize business opportunities.-
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold CWB’s brand promise through continuous improvement initiatives.-
- Aid relationship managers in devising innovative client solutions, leveraging internal expertise and partnerships.-
- Assist in managing real estate loan portfolios, including underwriting, analysis, and loan management.-
- Ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance adherence while fostering a positive work environment aligned with CWB’s cultural values.- Skills that will take you further- Responsible for managing credit risk on a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, which includes writing annual reviews, regular risk monitoring (often monthly and/or quarterly), obtaining reporting from customers as needed, and making recommendations to ensure the loan portfolio stays within CWB’s risk appetite.-
- Day to day first point of contact for client service.-
- This is an individual contributor role that works with supervision close by and within well established procedures and/or practices; however some judgement is required to achieve the end result.-
- Requirement to maintain an appropriate level of independence from sales functions, with need for facilitation and conflict management skills.Minimize operational losses and report all potential losses > $5,000 within 5 business days after month endWhy work _with_ us?
