** Manufacturing System Analyst (CI)**

**Summary**
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems along with strong analytical problem-solving methodology are key to success in this role which requires significant interaction with both data science and manufacturing team members.

As a manufacturing system analyst supporting Manufacturing Systems you will take the lead to analyze and to investigate problems impacting manufacturing effectiveness. Working closely with Data Science team you will take the lead on exploring large data sets to identify potential critical problem statements and their impact to operation performance. Upon validating data and setting up robust control measures you will share your investigation with the operations team and engage with them to identify root cause and ultimately eliminating it.

You will also need to build strong relationship with manufacturing leads and various organizational leaders, hence strong communication and change management skills along with strong technical competencies are key to success when managing high performance team without any direct reports.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Navigate through and analyze production Key Performance Indicators and identify potential reoccurring problems.
- Collect supporting evidence from various systems such as digital dashboards, shift reports, surveillance cameras, etc.
- Cleanse and assemble a case file containing all supporting documents and present the findings with operation leadership team.
- Support operations team through their journey in solving the problem and provide feedback to the impact of their efforts.
- Understand operation KPI and contribute to developing AI driven solutions to automate the process
- Educate and train operation team members on ML/AI technologies used at fgf and ensure 100% adoption of technology using change management principles
- Research on the latest technologies and state of the art AI and ML models with the goal of importing them into manufacturing industry

**Required Experience**

**Min Must Have**:

- Bachelors in Engineering, computer science or analytical fields
- Tech-savvy, autonomous, eager to learn, comfortable working in ambiguous environments

**Highly Desired / like to have**:

- Lean Six Sigma GB or BB certification
- 1-3 years manufacturing experience (Operations, Quality, Maintenance)
- Knowledge of Power Bi, and Aviva/Wonderware
- Experience in software development, deep learning, R, html, web apps development, computer vision, pytorch, distributed computing, sensor fusio
