Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Junior Clerk on a temporary basis on our Business Performance team at the Co-op Refinery Complex.

This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Regina, SK.

**What you’ll do**:

- You will complete Accounts Payable processing by managing the inflow of invoices for processing or distribution and attach back-up where required.
- You will prepare journal entries, and payable adjustments as required and ensure invoices and other documents are stored correctly.
- You will perform a variety of accounting duties as assigned and includes varying levels of responsibility.
- You will perform various Data Entry duties as may be applicable.
- Other duties as required.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:

- You have a Grade 12 plus Introduction to Financial Accounting (Sask Polytechnic ACCT122 and ACCT 125 or UofR ADM/BUS 285 or equivalent is required
- You have a minimum of 3 - 6 months of accounts payable experience or one year of closely related experience would be an asset
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to meet and deal with visitors and employees in a prompt, courteous, and professional
