We work hand-in-hand with small and large business IT Departments looking to implement:

- Network Services from HP and Cisco
- Wireless LAN Solutions from Ruckus
- Microsoft Office 365
- Firewall and Antivirus Solutions from Sophos
- Fiber Internet From Rogers
- SIP trunks and Cloud-based PBX
- Telephone systems and Unified Communications from NEC and ShoreTel, as well as a wide range of structured cabling, paging and telecom accessories.

**Job Duties**:
Installation and testing of Structured Cabling solutions, Security Systems (alarms / IP surveillance cameras / access control), Telecommunications solutions, wireless access points and paging solutions
- Experience with DSC, Avigilon, Kantech, Mitel or Hosted PBX preferred
- Creation of site documentation using Visio and Excel
- Provide structured cabling reports and documentation to Clients
- On-going self-improvement to accelerate the individual's understanding of the structured cabling standards and testing practices
- Display excellent Customer Service skills and work ethic; including exemplary attendance
- Outstanding communication skills in dealing with Customers and colleagues; this includes verbal and electronic communications
- Contribute to create a healthy Team environment at ECI
- Must understand and adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Wage DOE and negotiable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
