Eperienced Roofer

**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Install, repair, or replace various types of roofing systems
- Use hand tools to cut, shape, and fit materials to ensure proper installation
- Perform caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing duties
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute roofing projects accurately
- Conduct inspections to identify roof damage and recommend appropriate solutions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Roofer.
- Proficient in heat welding and torching
- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in roofing projects
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- heat welding and torching: 3 years (required)
- Heavy lifting: 3 years (required)
- Hand tools: 3 years (required)
- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
