Janitorial Lead Cleaner

Minimum of 1 year janitorial or cleaning experience required
- Supervisory experience considered an asset
- Able to motivate and train new team members
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- Must be flexible to work all shifts days, afternoons, and midnights including weekends
- Must be detailed oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a timely manner
- Computer literate
- Familiarity and experience with the operation of floor polishing and carpet cleaning machines is required
- Experience in stripping, buffing, and waxing floors is required
