**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
The Brand & Customer Engagement Manager will work with our multi-family residential team to focus on developing and executing brand strategies, creating customer-centric marketing campaigns, and fostering long-term relationships with residents. You will be instrumental in enhancing our brand visibility, increasing resident satisfaction, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with both company values and business goals.
Brand Strategy & Development
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create compelling brand messaging that resonates with current and potential residents, building a strong, unified brand presence.
- Oversee the creation of branded marketing materials, digital assets, and communication tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive positioning.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement customer engagement programs to drive resident satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with property management teams to monitor resident feedback, analyze satisfaction metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop initiatives that foster a sense of community, encourage resident participation, and improve the overall living experience.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on key metrics such as engagement, lead conversion rates, and overall campaign success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the field, leasing, and construction teams to ensure marketing efforts and communications align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Serve as one of the primary liaison between the marketing department and other teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and events.
Event Planning & Community Engagement
- Organize and oversee resident events, community activities, and promotional events to build strong relationships with residents and attract potential tenants.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community engagement and brand presence.
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or customer engagement, preferably within real estate or multi-family residential sectors.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring junior marketers and working collaboratively across other marketing and operational teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies and customer engagement programs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with extreme attention to detail.
- Experience working with senior leadership and providing regular updates on progress to all levels of management.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is required. Previous experience with Yardi (property management software) is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in residential property marketing or real estate is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of community-building initiatives and customer loyalty programs.
- Flexibility to travel to field locations on occasion to ensure effective collaboration and brand presence alignment.
