**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**

Le commis aux ventes assistera les clients en offrant des conseils et recommandations sur les produits, en répondant à leurs questions ou en éduquant les clients sur toutes les options à leur disposition.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**

: Accueillir les clients, répondre aux questions, améliorer l’engagement avec la marchandise et fournir un service exceptionnel

: Aider è augmenter les ventes en magasin

: Connaissance supérieure des produits

: Présentation des promotions et opportunités aux clients

: Ventes-croisées de produits pour augmenter le montant des achats par la clientèle

: Assister au maintien de l’entrepôt et configurer les présentoirs de marchandise sur le plancher

: Développer des solutions pour les clients en étant à l’écoute de leurs besoins pour ensuite bien les conseiller sur les produits
: Accueillir les clients qui entrent dans le magasin et les guider vers l’employé qui saura les accompagner

: Utiliser le terminal de point de vente de l’entreprise pour procéder à une transaction avec un client ou pour traiter le retour de marchandise

: Collaborer, avec d’autres membres de l’équipe, au maintien de la propreté du magasin et s’assurer qu’il est bien organisé en tout temps

**QUALIFICATIONS**

: Expérience en service à la clientèle est un atout

: Être passionné par la marques Converse, Birkenstock, et autres très populaires

: Maintenir une attitude positive et se concentrer sur la satisfaction du client

: Capacités à travailler en équipe

: Doit être en mesure de travailler les fins de semaines et jours fériés

: Excellentes capacités de communication verbale et écrite

: Être bilingue (français/anglais) est primordial

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

: Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service

: Assist in increasing in store sales

: Superior product knowledge

: Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers

: Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts

: Assist in maintaining the back-stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

: Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products

: Utilize the company’s POS system to cash customers out or administer returns

: Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times

**QUALIFICATIONS**

: Be passionate about well know brands like Converse, Birkenstock, and others

: Retail Sales Experience

: Customer service experience preferred

: Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction

: Ability to work well on a team

: Must be able to work weekends and holidays

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

: Bilingual English/French a definite must.
