Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers is looking for Sipping Room Associates to join our team If you're passionate about spirits and cocktails, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are a highly collaborative and uber-enthusiastic team player, this could be the role for you.

**What You'll Do**:

- Welcome Guests to the Sipping Room
- Educate Guests on our Spirits & Bitters collection
- Lead Guests through tastings (while adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols)
- Lead tours of the Distillery
- Assist with events and day to day operations within the Dillon’s hospitality Team
- Assist with sales in the Sipping Room

**About You**:

- 2+ Years of Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred
- Smart Serve Certificate Required
- Strong communication skill
- Exceptional time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is required
