**Subject: Job opening for a locally-recruited staff for the position of Embassy Driver**

for the position of Embassy Driver. The starting salary is CAD$2,703.00 per month with

an annual incremental increase and a year-end bonus. **The start date is on Monday 11 December 2023.**

**1. Qualifications**:
1.1 Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada

1.2 Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license (Class G)

1.3 Must be a secondary school graduate or above

1.4 At least one year of professional driving experience

1.6 Must be a responsible person with good interpersonal skills, able to operate under pressure, provide safe and efficient service, as well as coordinate with relevant agencies

1.7 Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write)

1.8 Available to work after hours and during weekends/holidays, and able to travel province-wide or inter-provincial when requested

**2. Required Documents**:
2.1 Cover letter with resume in English

2.2 Copy of passport (or Permanent Residence card)

2.3 Driver record/abstract

2.4 One photograph (size 1”x 1”)

**Salary**: $2,703.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON K1Y 0A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
