We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Break Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of break presses to produce parts and components to specification.

As a Break Press Operator, you will be an integral member of our production team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating break presses according to established procedures and guidelines, as well as performing routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished parts for conformance to specifications and tolerances, and for keeping accurate production records and documents.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience as a break press operator in a manufacturing setting is required, and 3+ years of experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

- Set up and operate break presses according to established procedures and guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on break presses and related equipment
- Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications and tolerances
- Keep accurate production records and documents
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate production
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a break press operator in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining break presses
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to work overtime as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$27.47 per hour
