Looking for an energetic, dynamic and pro-active Real Estate Assistant to support our team and to grow together with us. You're also self driven with a positive attitude then this is a great opportunity for you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare offers and assist with all other paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Uploading listings to MLS system / Prepare and help with staging process
- Preparing CMA's, listing packages and buyer packages
- Booking appointments with vendors etc..
- Managing website, social media platforms and updating CRM
- Maintaining social media presence and running ads
- Handling marketing materials etc..
- Planning and assist in organizing events
- To handle any other administrative duties

Please note that other tasks and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

**Requirements**:
Must have real estate administrative experience

Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and is highly organized

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge in real estate marketing and running social media ads

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills

Must be available to work flexible hours sometimes evenings and weekends

Must own a car and have a valid driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
