Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kinesiologist to join our team. As a Kinesiologist, you will be responsible for providing specialized care and treatment to patients, focusing on improving their physical well-being and overall quality of life. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall physical function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide education and guidance to patients on exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay informed about advancements in the field of kinesiology through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology or a related field
- Previous experience working as a Kinesiologist is preferred
- Knowledge of office software programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working with pediatric populations is an asset
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in French is an asset
- Understanding of medication administration protocols
