**Job Summary**:
As a Part-Time Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the convenience store during your shift. You will assist in ensuring store cleanliness, inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also play a key role in supervising cashiers, handling transactions, and resolving customer concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure store is clean, well-stocked, and organized
- Maintain inventory and perform regular stock checks
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate cash register, process transactions, and balance cash drawer
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures
- Monitor store security and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Assist in training new employees on store policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work in the morning.
- Reliable and punctual

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.53 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cashiering: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
