How we operate:
Every client comes into WBF on the 8 Week Challenge. This program focuses on the 4 pillars of Success: Fitness nutrition and Accountability and Mindset. As personal trainers and Sports Nutritionists we focus on Fat loss and muscle gain, over weight loss. Our facility also includes the InBody 570 body scan that offers comprehensive data driven result tracking for our clients. The atmosphere is work hard and have fun. We give our clients an experience that is the highest anywhere on the north shore and beyond by giving our undivided attention, support and education into how to make health and fitness a part of their life. Our ultimate goal is to leave clients with built in habits that will last a lifetime.

Your Role as a Nutritionist with Whole Body Fitness:
Nutrition is essential for every client's transformation. In order to transform, they must eat real food with the exact Macronutrients to match their BMR.

Each client is given a macronutrient portion control plan that is designed based on their BMR. (Results from InBody Scan)

Next, Every client starts their journey with a nutritional consultation. This is after they have signed up for the program. This is where we go through step by step what the meal plan entails, the expectations and any obstacles or barriers that might hold them back. In addition, we recommend micronutrient supplements based on their needs and goals.

Everyday the client will follow the protocol they have been given.

In order to stay accountable, they send pictures (in our app) to the nutritionist of every meal and snack they eat and a brief description of what it was.

When the photos of the food are sent to the nutritionist, each client's food intake is monitored daily to make sure that they are staying on the meal plan.

In addition, each client is free and encouraged to ask additional questions about their nutrition daily.

All nutrition plans must be easy to follow and easy to sustain. Otherwise, clients will not be able to see long term success. We do not give clients calories to count or grams to weigh, we simply give them portions.

Your Responsibilities as our Nutritionist:

- Customize each clients portions and macros for their BMR (based on InBody Scan)
- Give an orientation of the nutritional protocol in detail with each new client. As well as discuss how it will be fit into their lifestyle
