Offset Duplicator Operator

**Job Description**:
Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of a full-time Offset Duplicator Operator. This is a regular position.

Reporting to the Coordinator, Financial Services, the incumbent will provide printing and mailroom services to the Campus's faculty and personnel.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Duplicate and assemble documents;
2. Provide assistance to faculty and staff in the use of self-service copying equipment;
3. Perform minor maintenance on printing equipment and refill supplies;
4. Perform regular usage data transfers from copying equipment in collaboration with Administrative Services staff;
5. Assign copier access codes to new faculty and staff, and ensure that departed faculty and staff codes are removed;
6. Receive and store printing supplies and other paper items such as examination booklets;
7. Sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail;
9. Allocate mailboxes to new faculty and staff; recover mailbox access from departing faculty and staff;
10. Train replacements on appropriate systems, as required;
11. Maintain an organized work space;
12. Receive, prepare and deliver printed jobs for external customers;
13. Create and maintain a procedures manual related to the tasks performed in this position.

Perform other related duties, as required.

**Requirements**:
Education
Must have a diploma of vocational studies in an appropriate specialty
or

Other
Ability to communicate in both English and French, orally and in writing.
Must have knowledge of methods and practices related to document reproduction, assembly and distribution.
Must possess knowledge of printing processes and equipment.
Must be client oriented.

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

**Salary Scale**: 21.89$ - 23.35$
