**Your Future Role**:
As the Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring Cleaning Depot by PBJ’s products arrive promptly and accurately to our customers. You should have solid driving skills, prioritize safety, have warehouse experience and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service. This job is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Timely Deliveries**
- Drive delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to carry products to customer locations.
- Ensure deliveries are made on time and are accurate, following the set schedules.

**Customer Service**
- Deliver outstanding service during drop-offs, including polite interactions with customers and helping unload products.
- Keep in touch with customers in an effective and friendly manner.

**Route Planning**
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to organize delivery routes efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Communicate any delivery issues or delays to the logistics team.

**Quality Control/Inventory Management**
- Assist in overseeing the receiving, ordering, storage, and distribution of products.
- Ensure that all products are stored and handled correctly.

**Adherence to Safety Standards**
- Obey all traffics laws, follow safety guidelines, and abide by company policies for a safe work environment.
- Use safety equipment and follow protocols at all times.

Assist with other duties as needed.

**What You Bring to The Team**:

- A valid G Driver’s License and a clean driving abstract
- Physical ability to lift boxes and product weighing up to 50lbs
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is an asset
- Customer service and/or product delivery experience is an asset
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently
