Climbing Arborist

Assets
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract and a vehicle to drive to equipment lot.
- completion of a certified arborist program
- Arboriculture Canada Training
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- Chainsaw Operation Certification Ontario
- WHIMIS
- ISA Certified
- Personal lift/bucket truck training (we have a spider lift)

**Responsibilities**:

- must have a strong work ethic, ability to work as a team.
- comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- safety oriented for different types of situations and equipment used (trucks, chipper, loader, chainsaw, stump grinder etc
- keep work area, trucks, and gear clean and organized.
- service oriented, ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
- daily equipment inspections
- wear PPE at all times
- Show up on time with a pleasant attitude
- Show ability to climb and use chainsaw aloft in a safe professional manner
- Strong knowledge of applicable knots
- Maintain climbing equipment, chainsaw, and spider lift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-50 per week

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
