Laser Technician

Solange Medical Aesthetics is looking to hire_**1 PART time **_aesthetician (Monday, Wednesday evenings and Sundays) to join our team We are looking for professional, motivated individuals with a passion for laser treatments and helping their clients look and feel their best.

Job Duties include:

- skincare treatments, assessments & medical grade skincare recommendations for clients
- laser treatments (including IPL, vascular lesions & hair removal using diode laser)
- working collaboratively with nursing staff
- cleaning of treatment rooms pre and post clients
- cashing out clients and assisting with bookings

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other laser treatments
- Conduct client consultations to determine the best treatment plan
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean and sanitized after each session
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and products
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Current experience and training certifications in aesthetics are an asset. Malpractice insurance (or willing to obtain) is required while treating clients. Motivation and sales experience required. Must have a passion for growing within the aesthetics industry.

Wage:
**Starting $20/ hour + commission pay** for skincare sales, treatment sales, & tips with potential for wage increase after probation period is complete.

**CONSIDERATION WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH LASER HAIR REMOVAL EXPERIENCE.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
