At Academy of Learning Career College, we are dedicated to helping our students develop the skills they need to transition into entry-level positions in their chosen fields. We are looking for a results-driven individual who is enthusiastic about building relationships and expanding our network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Networking & Representation**: Represent the college, maintaining relationships with existing school partners, and engaging with students to grow our network.
- **Student Engagement**: Approach potential students, develop a client base, and meet monthly enrollment targets.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Work closely with our Marketing team to enhance our website content, social media presence, and other marketing materials.
- **Event Management**: Organize and manage external marketing events such as Open House Days, driving enrollment in line with our calendar and strategy.
- **Client Interaction**: Present a positive and professional image of the college in all interactions with clients, students, and their families, from initial contact to the student's first day.
- **Tours & Paperwork**: Conduct school tours for prospective clients, effectively promoting the college's achievements, and complete enrollment paperwork accurately.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain precise records of all student transactions and files.

**Qualifications**:

- **Sales Expertise**: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting monthly enrollment targets
- **Admissions Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in admissions at a Private Career College.
- **Education**: Post-secondary degree.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to speak Tigrinya and/or Amharic considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
