Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our transportation team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Duties**:

- Safely operate a commercial bus, following all traffic laws and regulations
- Transport passengers to their designated locations on scheduled routes
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
- Communicate with dispatch to report any delays or issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to write and communicate effectively in both languages
- Possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with passengers of all ages, including children and seniors
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the bus
- Experience working with children or in senior care is a plus
- Motor coach experience required
