Audi Brampton opened in 2017. Our facility is located in the Mayfield Auto Mall. We are seeking a motivated team member to join our existing Sales Department. We have equipped work bays, customer lounges, and digital tools to facilitate premium client experiences and are prepared to leverage these resources to grow into the destination of choice for Audi Sales, Service and Parts in the northern and Greater Toronto Area.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As Service Concierge/Drive-Thru Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, tagging, and parking vehicles for service, as well as ensuring that vehicles are washed, cleaned and ready for pick-up.
- Greet customers maintaining Company high standards of service.
- Tagging and parking service vehicles.
- Wash exterior and polish as required.
- Vacuum and detail interior of vehicle as required.
- Conduct alignment inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
- Liaise with Service staff on a regular basis staying abreast of customer’s vehicle status.
- Maintain safe and clean drive-thru.
- Assist Service team with other duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the role**

The key skills and qualities of an Service Concierge/Drive-Thru Attendant:

- High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education.
- 1-3 years of direct work experience, preferably in luxury dealership.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good time management skills.
- Previous detailing experience.
- Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Strong customer service orientation.

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
