**KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assess and document company needs as it relates to Microsoft Navision
- Full stack development work when and where needed
- Power BI report development and administration
- SSRS custom report development
- SQL scripting and report creation
- Block chain software management and administration
- Collaborate with management to establish software requirements and ensure areas for improvement and project operations are executed
- Create/update implementation plan
- Provides ideas and solutions for features that solve current problem areas
- Work in conjunction with other departments to improve/update NAV system for better workflow, improved efficiencies and to reduce errors
- Identifies best business practice solutions to daily NAV problems utilizing both internal and external resources
- Develop NAV process flow charts
- Develop training material, manuals and processes related to Microsoft Navision
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing of solution
- Provide daily NAV support/troubleshoot
- Create instructional documents and/or videos and maintain a library of this training material
- Optimize the performance of Microsoft Navision
- Support other departments with analysis and ERP data-driven tasks
- Create a knowledge base to enable employees to search and find answers to frequently asked questions or frequent issues

**EDUCATION AND TRAINING**

**EXPERIENCE**

The NAV Specialist requires a minimum of 5 years experience as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Functional Expert.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS**
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with JET reports
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with full cycle implementation, upgrades, customizations, and modifications
- Strong functional knowledge of development/programming concepts
- Strong background with Windows Server infrastructure
- Prior experience with other ERP systems is also considered a plus
- Strong financial understanding
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Results oriented self-starter
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent follow up skills with the ability to follow through to completion
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and to multitask when needed
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to perform tactically while planning strategically
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Flexibility of hours required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $110,000.00 per year
