**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum grade 12 or GED, required.
- Previous experience in a health care setting, an asset.
- Competency in another language, an asset.
- Ability to organize, and prioritize, maintains the functioning of the unit in an organized, safe and clean manner
- Knowledge of Family Centered Care
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Team player
- Effective communication skills
- Maintains accountability for own decisions and actions
- Functions independently with a minimum of supervision
