Dreadlock Locktician Hairstylist

Overview:

**Duties**:

- Perform dreadlock hair styling services in our private studio for dreadlocks for all hair textures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Engage in retail sales of hair care products
- Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to salon standards
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to upsell products and services to clients
- Experience in front desk duties is a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales practices within a salon setting
- Proficiency in sanitizing tools and work areas
- Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service
