Patient Care Coordinator

LightHouse Dental in Kingston, Ontario is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team of dental professionals.
We are currently looking for a **Dental Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator** to become part of our fast-growing family dental practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a positive and supportive environment with a team that is committed to excellence.
**Key Duties**
- Create a positive and memorable experience for patients, starting from their arrival until their departure
- Optimize the appointment schedule by filling the day with limited gaps
- Handle all patient calls and inquiries professionally, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes
- Manage potential cancellations by addressing patient concerns and encouraging them to keep their appointments
- Handle patient billing and payment processing, including sending claim forms to insurance and responding to fee inquiries
- Accurately maintain the patient database and manage the recall system effectively
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence in a timely manner
- Manage patient records and charts by organizing and filing them appropriately.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
