Job Summary

We’re excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Saskatoon’s Evergreen neighborhood, located at 1236 Baltzan Boulevard, set to open this January. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation, and we’re eager to welcome new team members to help lead the way in technology and communication solutions.

As a Store Manager for The Wireless Age, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including team leadership, customer experience, merchandising, and achieving business results. This role involves actively participating in personal selling to meet both individual and store-wide sales goals. You will develop, direct, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, minimize losses, and ensure the store is impeccably maintained. A commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, while upholding company values and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, is essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet performance and developmental goals.
- Actively participate in customer and team interactions to model exceptional service and achieve business priorities.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring diverse talent to strengthen team capabilities
- Conduct regular coaching one on one sessions, performance evaluations, and recognition initiatives to foster a supportive environment.
- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace that encourages collaboration and celebrates differences.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Monitor individual and team performance, analyzing sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Actively engage in personal selling to meet personal and store sales goals.
- Drive business priorities and align team efforts with company objectives.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by setting and modeling service standards.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Empower team members to build lasting customer relationships and drive retention.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Safeguard company assets, including confidential information, team member data, and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Oversee accurate merchandising, inventory management, and proper stock levels to align with company standards.
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments, products, and services.
- Train staff on new technology, products, and operational tools as they become available.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with at least 3 years of experience managing teams and consistently exce
