Hygiene Coordinator

_**Hygiene Coordinator **_required full time at Hopedale Dental Care in Oakville.

We understand that the Hygiene Department is the backbone of every office, and the Hyg. Co-ordinator plays a vital role with ensuring the continued success of the Hyg. practice.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage multiple hygienist schedules by using the contact manager, confirming and auditing our pre booked patients.

To be successful in this role one must understand insurance coverage details, how to audit pre booked appointments, scheduling management of multiple hygienists, how to invoice and collect, send predeterminations and follow them up for hygiene services, have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and work hard to ensure patients understand the value of obtaining optimal oral health.

This is an excellent position for an independent, self-driven person who enjoys interacting daily with patients and team members.
