Brand Ambassador

Arbutus Foods is an independent food company that produces more than 100 food products for retailers across Western Canada.

**Schedule**
- Training: to be provided prior to your first day in field
- Most shifts are Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays (hours between 11am and 6pm, 4hr shifts + drive time)
- Working with retail stores (casual shifts through the year, schedule provided in advance)_

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality - independent & self-motivated
- Comfortable engaging shoppers, sharing product knowledge and closing the sale
- Dependable and reliable when working within an assigned schedule - 4-hour shifts
- Customer service and /or sales experience preferred
- Have a vehicle and be responsible for transporting sample table and supplies

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Minimum Level 1, Canadian Food Safe certificate (available on-line 24/7)
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in an unsupervised environment
- Be available for a variety of 4-hour shifts; days, early evenings and weekends
- Able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs/13.60 kg, unassisted
- Comfortable assembling a demonstration table
- Experience with demonstrating/selling is a big plus
- Available to start training immediately

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Food Service, Retail or Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 1, Canadian Food Safe Certification (preferred)
- Driving License and reliable vehicle (preferred)
