Competitive - Based on Experience

**Shift**: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding of standard practices, materials, tools and methods of the Machinist’s trade with an ability to use all types of measuring tools and maintain calibrations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team from blueprints.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Strong understanding of G-code
- Skilled in the development of fixtures and jigs for new and ongoing projects

**Required Skills**:

- Must be results driven, conscientious, dependable, punctual and possessing a strong work ethic
- Must possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- General mechanical aptitude and mechanical background with emphasis on trouble shooting and problem solving

**Required Experience/Education**:

- Apprentice Machinist 3rd year, 4th year or Red Seal Machinist Journeyperson
- CNC milling experience
- Familiarity with oilfield work and close tolerances
- Understand and read English
- Basic Computer
- Understanding of G code

**Additional Information**:

- Fast pace shop
- Overtime required when necessary
- Frequent exposure to noise, heat, dust
- Physical tasks include walking, grasping, carrying, lifting

**Benefits**:
