We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team as Snow Shovelers. This role involves manual snow clearing of sidewalks, walkways, and entryways for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shovel and clear snow from designated areas promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to on-call requests during snow events, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding completed tasks and additional needs.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physical labor in cold and wet conditions.
- Flexibility to be on-call during snow events (weather-dependent schedule).
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Previous experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation:

- **$50** per hour

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Metro Vancouver Regional District, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
