Duties and Responsibilities:

- Portion and wrap meat and seafood products based on customer orders
- Prepare different cuts of meat for the display cases
- Ensure accurate retail pricing and signage.
- Superior knowledge of primal cuts.
- Passion for fresh foods.
- Customer service orientated, and likes to create great experiences.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with preparing different cuts of meat
- Math skills
- Familiar with digi scale operation considered an asset
- Food Safety Mini Course certification is required (Sunterra will provide training)
- WHMIS Certification is required (Sunterra will provide training)
- Meat department experience OR
- Charcuterie/Meat Cutting Certification
