**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Loading and Unloading**:

- Safely load and unload furniture and staging materials, adhering to industry best practices.
- Exercise care in handling items to prevent damage during transportation.
- **Furniture Setup**:

- Execute the setup of furniture and accessories in alignment with home staging plans.
- Ensure precise placement and artful arrangement of decor elements and art work.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Thoroughly clean and dust furniture to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space.
- **Driving Responsibilities**:

- Possess and maintain a valid G license for driving the company truck/rental vehicles ( 20 Feet to 26 Feet).
- Effectively transport furniture and staging materials to and from various locations.
- Own a vehicle for commuting to and from the workplace and project sites.
- **Work Hours and Schedule**:

- Commit to a average of 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate project demands.
- Be open to occasional extra hours, especially during peak periods or when project timelines require additional effort.
- **Warehouse Management**:

- Organize and manage warehouse inventory efficiently.
- Contribute to maintaining an accurate inventory system.
- **Basic Computer Skills**:

- Utilize basic computer skills for inventory management and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of items loaded, unloaded, and in inventory.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of Moving experiece.
- Valid G license for driving responsibilities - You will be required to drive 20 -26 Feet truck for projects. 2 years of experience.
- Commitment to a average of 30 hours per week, hours can increase based on the need.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required by project schedules.
- Ownership of a vehicle for commuting.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Note**: The nature of the home staging business may require occasional adjustments to work hours and schedules based on real estate market demands and project timelines.
