Join our team as a Corporate Analyst

The Corporate Analyst is responsible for the accounting, coordination and communication of financial data and ensuring that monthly financial management reporting is conducted and on a timely basis. This position provides continuity and accountability of financial reporting to the Home Office and Back up support as required to the Finance Team.

**The following traits and qualifications are required**:
Degree in Business Accounting, Finance, or related field;
2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Google Docs, Sheets. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
Achievement of or working towards CPA, PMP or other aligned designation considered an Asset.
Experience with Yardi Accounting Software or equivalents considered and Asset.
