We’re looking for an amazing and experienced SVP, Group Account Director who has experience in digital performance and wants to work in the global luxury category. If you’re up for it, read on.
**Day to day, your role will include**:
- Leading a large cross functional team that is high performing, and happy
- Actively establishing and growing senior-level client relationships based on trust, and leveraging these relationships in the development of business growth
- Developing cutting-edge, insight and data-driven integrated programs, leveraging expertise across media
- Demonstrating strong corporate citizenship through involvement in Starcom company events, learning forums and other activities and serve as a member of the Starcom Executive Management team
- Maintaining a strong understanding of changes in the client’s industry and how customer needs are adapting
- Ability to work collaboratively across communication channels to bring cross functional capabilities to the client groups seamlessly.
- Deliver strategic client presentations and providing recommendations that are concise, insightful and on point
- Connecting to broader agency intellectual capital and bringing best practices to client engagements
- Owning client financials - including forecasts, budgets and investments - and facilitating all legal contracts
- Developing team members through training and identifying areas for growth
- Willingness to travel as needed - you would be on a global business that may require some travel
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- 10+ years media advertising experience
- Strong performance media knowledge
- Experience working with travel or luxury clients preferred
- Global client experience a plus
- Strong leadership, strategic, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Positive attitude that motivates and inspires
- Solid verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent people skills at all levels
