**Tourism Consultant / Tourism Planner**_
- Assist with remote/ online operations
- Flexible time for work (Only 2-4 h/Day)
- No work experience required

- Must have a local bank account to receive salary
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system_
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently_
- Maintain and update organizational systems, including filing and record-keeping_
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk_
- Provide general office support, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents_
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software_
- Type and proofread documents as needed_
- Manage and update the Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings_
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned_

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department_
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail_
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain files, records, and office supplies_
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including greeting visitors and providing assistance_
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines_
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks_
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently_
- Strong file management skills to organize documents both physically and digitally_
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings_
- General administrative skills to handle various tasks in a professional manner_
