Reporting to the Customs Manager, the Customs Analyst is responsible for a wide variety of clerical and technical duties to ensure the prompt and accurate processing of customs clearances for various types of shipments. This includes, but is not limited to, data entry, research, working with various trade chain partners (customers, carriers, suppliers, Customs and other Cole branches) to affect validation and final accounting of customs entries.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Computer literacy

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Industry-related studies (CCS, CIFFA, etc.)
- Knowledge of the customs brokerage industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills
- Quality orientation - attention to detail
- Customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Talents for problem-solving
- Responsibility and reliability
