The firm routinely advocates for clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada and courts of appeal in Ontario and other provinces. It also represents clients before administrative tribunals, regulatory discipline panels and review boards._
- Stieber Berlach is currently seeking a litigation associate to join its precedent-setting Litigation and Insurance Coverage Team. As a member of this group, you will be exposed to a wide variety of litigation including, but not limited to: property and casualty defence work, professional liability, professional discipline, medical malpractice, construction, directors’ and officers’ liability, and insurance coverage._

**Salary**: $140,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

- Toronto, ON M5H 3P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
