Looking for a BOOKKEEPER
**Languages**:
- English is mandatory
- French or Spanish would be an asset.
**Education**:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
**Experience**:
- 2 years or more
**Responsabilities**:
**Tasks**:
- Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cheques, invoices, and bank statements.
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
**Experience and specialization**
- MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Sage 50 and Quickbook
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
