DELIVERABLES:
1. Deliverable #1: 5,500 hours minimum produced on budget and on schedule.
- Crew, tools and materials organized to complete jobs the most efficient way possible
- Set and discuss goals daily and weekly with your crew

2. Deliverable #2: Maintain an average 9/10 quality score by leading the customer’s experience.
- Communicate with customers weekly to address all questions and concerns.
- Maintain a jobsite presence that is free of loud music, swearing, and/or inappropriate

discussion.

3. Deliverable #3: Provide initial and ongoing training to all team members on your crew.

4. Deliverable #4: Daily updates to all administrative tracking systems.
- Maintain and update accurate data in LMN, and GSR daily.
- Accurately sort and code all project related receipts and complete Take Off Form weekly

for all ongoing projects.

SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

- Minimum 5 years landscaping experience - Minimum 5 years leadership experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
