**Job Duties**
- Full scope of Accounts Receivable duties: Processing day-to-day transactions including inputting daily invoices
- In charge of monthly A/R reconciliation and preparation of customer statements, making necessary credit item adjustments as required
- Ensuring AR balances are kept low through regular review of aging reports and contacting past-due customers for payments
- Complete daily bank deposits using Bank Remote Deposit Capture tool
- Maintain Accounts Payable Process, perform cheque runs to ensure timely payments to vendors
- Processing Commissions Reports and Payments
- Processing daily e-transfers from customers

**Salary**: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
