YOUR CHALLENGE
Ensure the accuracy of customers invoicing portals, accuracy of Amazon.
Improve the efficacy of credit notes & PayPal management (order on web).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconciliation of customer accounts (PayPal and Amazon);
- Complete credit notes (without return of merchandises, correction on invoicing);
- Enter invoices in customer portals.

SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Reduction of non-conformance on portal (Improvement on DSO);
- Keep Amazon up to date in CSD (bi-weekly);
- Credit note delay.

REQUIRED PROFILE
- Bilingual;
- Accounting knowledge;
- DEP in accounting (an asset);
- Intermediate Excel Level;
- High degree of initiative;
- Analysis skills.
