Wellspring Seeds Inc. Is looking for an Indvidual to fill a year-round, full-time farm hand position. We are seeking a hardworking, reliable person with an interest in grain farming, seed production and an eagerness to learn.

**Duties**:
Assisting in seeding, spraying and harvesting crops

Cleaning and treating seed

Loading and hauling grain

Operating a variety of farm equipment and implements

Maintaining and repairing equipment

Other general farm duties.

**Requirements**:
Class 3 or 1 license (with ability to obtain class 1)

Available to work extended hours during peak seasons of harvest and seeding

Self-motivated, able to work both individually or in a team environment.

Agricultural experience is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
