**Warranty Representave**

The Warranty Representave leads our Service Department with post-construcon projects. The focus is on maintaining the homes we build, and warranty calls within the parameters of the Naonal Home
Warranty (NHW) Program.
Must be personable and paent, as they will be interacng with clientele daily.
Must be comfortable with technology as the backbone to this program relies on the soware we use to track and schedule maintenance.
Able to handle handyman tasks including light carpentry, preferred.
Must be neat and organized, represenng oneself, the business and the equipment used in a polished manner.
Must work well independently with mínimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
Must be self-movated, flexible, and interested in being part of an organizaon that grows and adapts to market opportunies.

**Job Descripon**
- Generating and monitoring service requests to ensure requests are processed and completed in a timely manner.
- Producing deficiency lists during homeowner orientations and one-year walkthroughs.
- Maintaining up-to-date warranty and product information to facilitate homeowner orientations to ensure homeowners understand warranty guidelines and required homeowner maintenance.
- Validating and determining warrantable requests to coordinate repairs accordingly accessing sub-trade labour and in house staffing.
- Following up on work orders, monitoring warranty expiry and scheduling routine warranty intervals. Communicating with homeowners.
- Evaluate service/warranty claims according to NHW and Heritage Lane Builders’ standards.
- Responding to inquiries or concerns from homeowners or other departments in a professional and efficient manner.
- Seasonal communication to homeowners.
- Work in collaboration with HLB team members, some administration support may be available during busy periods.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer focused role in Residential Construction industry.
- Residential Construction industry knowledge.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Proficient using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Residential construction: 5 years (preferred)
