**OPPORTUNITY**:
Title: Sales Department Intern
Reports to: Manager Tickets Operations & Service
Location: Golf Canada Head Office
Status: Full Time
Start Date: May 1st
**OVERVIEW**:
Golf Canada is looking for a motivated, driven individual with excellent communications skills to assist with the operation of our RBC Canadian Open & CP Women’s Open. Reporting directly to the Manager, Ticket Operations & Service. The Ticket Department Intern will be responsible for working with Professional Championships & Sales teams to manage on-site corporate hospitality, ticketing & accreditation needs. Support our Admissions & Accreditation tents at Canada’s largest golf tournaments.
**PRIMARY DUTIES**:

Provide exceptional customer service & sales for RBCCO and CPWO golf tournaments.** 40%**

Set up, Production, & Tracking of Photo ID & Badges** 20%**:
- Created templates
- Print & distribute credentials
- Ensure accuracy of each piece of accreditation
- **
Administrative Support** 25%**:
- Provide Ticket & Payment Reports
- Full-filling Ticket requests
- Full-filing Accreditation requests
- Assist with additional fulfillment as required.
- **
Other Duties** 15%**:
- Assist with other Golf Canada programs as required.
- Assist with mail room and reception coverage.
- Other duties are required
**REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES**:
- Post-secondary diploma or working towards one.
- Strong organizational skills and administration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong decision making and conflict resolution abilities.
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ticketing & Mobile ticketing experience is not required but considered an asset.
- Bilingual (English and French) is not required but considered an asset.
- Golf knowledge or experience is not required but considered an asset.
