**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize formulations for cleaning and disinfection products.
- Conduct research to identify and implement new ingredients and technologies.
- Oversee the mixing process to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
- Maintain accurate records of formulation development and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in formulation development for cleaning and disinfection products.
- Strong understanding of chemical principles and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Health Canada regulations and experience in registering products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $31,000.00-$124,133.36 per year
