A Coordinator is expected to give sound guidance/advice to students through every aspect of the job search process (i.e. cover letters, resumes, interviewing skills, accepting job offers, etc.). It is expected that Coordinators will establish/sustain a professional relationship with students, which may require a Coordinator to have difficult conversations with students (both before/during the work term), without compromising the academic integrity of Co-operative Education.
